Cooking Italian 1 & 2

o.k., but barely
This is a boring video that describes an unrealistic Italy where -and I know this by personal experience- you actually do not find people singing at every corner of the streets dressed in costumes of 800 years ago. The music becomes soon unbearable and you can't wait to go to the cooking part. Fortunately they alternate the cooking part with the travel/music part, since the chefs' description of the meals is more accurate and interesting. Accurate may not be the right word since they do not indicate exact quantities for the ingredients you need, but in general you can enjoy the preparation of the food- without any hope to reproduce it. I believe the video is an o.k. product to buy if you watch it by very short segments and you have low expectations.

Fat and Happy(maybe)
After receiving this DVD, I began cooking and eating like a crazy person. In Thirteen short weeks I have become morbidly obese. I cannot fit into amy of my clothes and cannot drive due to the fact I cannot get behind the wheel. Yes I have the seat pushed back to thew max. Still would you beleive, I have never been happier. I have scheduled lap band for next month. In the mean time, eat and behapy.
