Saving Grace: Seasons 1 & 2

Fantastic series! Character is king!
I have to say that it irks me when someone (specifically for this product: true resonance in their May 10, 2010 review) uses the Amazon reviews to rate their displeasure with shipping or packaging issues. In those cases, return the product or if it is a non-Amazon supplier, then provide bad feedback.

As someone who has actually WATCHED all seasons of Amazing Grace, I wanted to make the comment that this is one of the best series ever on the air. The writing is fresh and unexpected, you'll find passion, drama, humor, good characters with flaws and redeemable bad characters, and some of the best acting anywhere. If you are a fan of series like Lost, Mad Men, The Wire, Homicide: Life on the Streets, The West Wing, Deadwood, etc, then this series will speak to you in much the same way.

Saving Grace Rocks...........
I have been enthralled with this series since the first show. Grace is a hard living, working, loving woman that has had life blows that could turn anyone from their Lord.

This show touched a live nerve in me. God loves Grace so much, he sends her an angel to show her his love. Despite all her anger and many mistakes he shows her patience and miracles and doesn't give up on her.

I can't wait each week for the next show and yet will be sad to see the series go. You will laugh and you will cry but if you are like me, you will also find some hope.

I got both series on 8 discs
just to reassure buyers, I bought the combined series 1&2 despite one reviewer's problems with receiving the full package of 8 discs.

I got them all, 4 discs for series 1 and the same for series 2.
